1. Scope and ownership
This license applies only to original Animus AI Blocker / NoSlop project code,
documentation, artwork and other materials in which Faiza Khan owns or controls
the relevant rights (the Materials). It is not an open-source license. Except
for the limited permissions expressly stated here or granted separately in
writing, all rights are reserved. Access to source code, a free download or
payment for access does not transfer ownership or grant development, resale,
white-label, sublicensing or other commercial exploitation rights.

2. Authorized end-user use
For a copy lawfully obtained from the publisher or an authorized distributor,
the publisher grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
install and run the official, unmodified software on devices you own or control
for its documented purpose, including personal and internal business use.
Necessary incidental copies and lawful backups are permitted. Where a product
requires a subscription, this permission is subject to the access period and
terms disclosed and accepted at purchase. This license does not itself create
a subscription, authorize charges or retroactively change an existing purchase.
Free desktop use does not grant a right to monetize or distribute the Materials.

3. Reserved uses
Except as expressly permitted here, separately authorized in writing, or
permitted by applicable law notwithstanding these terms, you may not:
(a) copy, publish, share, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Materials;
(b) modify, translate, adapt, fork or create derivative works of the Materials;
(c) incorporate the Materials into another product, service, dataset or model,
    including through model training or fine-tuning;
(d) offer hosted, white-label, reseller or other third-party access using the
    Materials, or commercially exploit them beyond authorized end-user use;
(e) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, or circumvent its
    licensing or access controls; or
(f) remove or misrepresent proprietary, copyright, attribution or license notices.
These restrictions do not create exclusive rights in unprotectable ideas,
facts, methods or functionality, or prohibit lawful independent development.
Linking to an authorized download or writing an honest review is not prohibited.

4. Store, review and service-provider permissions
An authorized app store, browser marketplace or review provider may inspect,
reproduce, build, test, sign, host, distribute and promote the official software
to the extent permitted by its separate agreement with the publisher. Those
agreements control in the event of a conflict concerning those activities.
Source supplied for review is supplied for that purpose, not for general public
reuse or an open-source release. Contractors receive only the permissions
separately granted to them; possession of this repository grants none by itself.

5. Third-party materials and prior grants
Third-party libraries, dependencies, assets, data and contributions remain
subject to their own licenses and rights. This license neither claims ownership
of them nor restricts rights their licensors grant. Their applicable notices
must be preserved. This license does not revoke valid prior licenses or change
terms for materials the publisher lacks authority to relicense. Applicable
third-party terms prevail for their materials. No third-party branding rights
or endorsement are granted or implied.

6. Mandatory rights
Nothing here excludes rights that applicable law does not permit the publisher
to exclude, including applicable consumer rights and statutory exceptions for
interoperability, observation, study, testing, security research or other lawful
activities. Restrictions apply only to the extent legally enforceable.

7. Warranty and liability
Except for express commitments separately made by the publisher and rights
that cannot lawfully be excluded, the Materials are provided as available,
without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete detection, accuracy,
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted
by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused
by use of the Materials. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by
law. This clause does not override mandatory refunds or accepted store terms.

8. Breach and remedies
Unauthorized use is not licensed by this document. The publisher reserves the
right to enforce applicable intellectual-property and contractual rights and
seek remedies available under law. Termination for a breach and its effect on
paid access remain subject to applicable law and accepted store/purchase terms.
Unenforceability of a provision does not invalidate the remaining provisions.

For commercial reuse, redistribution, development or other permissions outside
this license, obtain a separate written agreement from Faiza Khan at
